Landhaus Baringo is a spacious wooden, beautifully furnished house with an area of ca. 140 m² divided over 2 floors. There is also a wonderful winter garden with direct access to the garden. The hillside location offers a fantastic, unobstructed view of the Alps. The Baringo is in a very quiet location between 4 large ski areas & 2 swimming lakes (Zeller See & Ritzensee). The cozy living/dining room with an area of ca. 50 m² is equipped with a tile stove, CATV, WiFi and hard-wired Internet, CD player, & radio. In the fully-equipped kitch., there is a dishwasher, microwave, etc. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, 3 of which with double bed, & 1 bedroom with single bed, 2 additional beds are possible. 3 baths, 1 of which is ensuite. 3 toilets, 1 with separate WC. The covered terrace, the garden with patio furniture, & grill invite you to relax and enjoy fantastic views.
